Prerequisites & Standards:
- Active Credential: Hold an active, verified Universal Constants Engineer (U.C.E.) post-nominal certification.
- Original Theoretical Contribution: Submission and acceptance of an original astroengineering monograph, validated computational model, or mathematical derivation advancing non-equilibrium thermodynamics, deterministic rate equations, or planetary systems engineering.
- Peer Defense: Successful evaluation by the Institute review committee confirming methodology, mathematical consistency, and physical limit boundary proofs.

Submit your completed engineering monograph, dataset, or computational model dossier directly to fellow@ucei.tech for evaluation scheduling.

Prerequisites & Mandatory Standards
- Earned Terminal Doctorate: An accredited doctoral degree (Ph.D., Sc.D., D.Eng., or equivalent) in Astrophysics, Planetary Geochemistry, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or an aligned quantitative engineering discipline.
- Astroengineering Leadership: A documented research record in non-equilibrium thermodynamics, deterministic rate-equation modeling, planetary mass-energy budgets, or cosmic systems dynamics.
- Defense & Ratification: Formal defense review and unanimous ratification by the UCEI Academic Directorate.
Senior Fellow Appointments & Privileges
- Lifetime Authorization: Perpetual conferral and right to use the professional SF.UCEI post-nominal designation.
- Distinguished Registry: Permanent placement on the UCEI Distinguished Fellows Board at ucei.tech.
- Referee Authority: Official peer-review and referee authority over incoming F.UCEI research monographs and computational dossiers.
- Institutional Co-Sponsorship: Priority co-authorship and co-sponsorship eligibility on foundational UCEI research releases and international monographs.
